Fraport Greece Traffic Overview September 2017

During September 2017, the 14 airports operated by Fraport Greece recorded a significant increase reaching a total of 4.2 million passengers – an 11.4% increase compared to the same period last year.

Domestic traffic: 5.9% increase in comparison to 2016, with the Zakynthos, Mykonos, Kefalonia, Santorini, Kos and Samos airports recording double-digit growth.

International traffic: Enjoyed a 12.6% rise, with airports at Mitilini, Kos, Mykonos, Aktion, Samos, Santorini and Thessaloniki recording the highest increase.

Overall, during the period between January 2017 - September 2017, the total passenger traffic at the 14 Fraport Greece airports reached 23.9 million, a 10.5% increase compared to 2016.
